• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals and regain independence.
• Educate patients and their families/caregivers on techniques and strategies for managing chronic diseases or injuries.
• Provide hands-on nursing care to achieve quality outcomes for patients, ensuring compassionate and holistic care.
• Serve as a role model for the nursing team, offering educational support and information to staff, patients, and their families.
• Promote achievable independence for patients, setting realistic goals based on their capabilities and rehabilitation progress.
• Maintain a high standard of patient care and work closely with the healthcare team to coordinate and evaluate patient progress.

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license (required).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (required).
• 1-2 years of recent nursing experience in Rehabilitation (preferred).
• Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) (preferred).

• Previous experience in a rehabilitation or long-term care setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to educate patients and families effectively.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and support a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.

Certification: Basic Life Support Certification , Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse Certificaiton , Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Certification
