Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse - Occupational Health will provide specialized care to caregivers in a health services setting. This position is a special project with a set schedule, focusing on ensuring the health and safety of staff through proactive care, education, and support. The role does not require on-call or weekend hours, though flexibility may be needed in the future with prior notice.
Job Details:

- 7:00 AM start time
- 8-hour day shifts, 40 hours per week
- No on-call requirements (may change with prior notice)

- Department: Occupational Health, focusing on caregiver health and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide care to caregivers, ensuring their health and well-being in the workplace.
- Administer health services to staff as needed, including assessments, interventions, and follow-ups.
- Promote health education and wellness initiatives to staff members.
- Collaborate with management and other healthcare professionals to ensure a safe and supportive work environment.
- Maintain and update patient health records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- Licensure: Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with current and active licensure.
- Experience: Experience in occupational health, caregiving health services, or related nursing fields is preferred.
