• Manage an assigned group of pediatric patients, ensuring competent and compassionate care.
• Document patient responses to nursing interventions and prescribed treatments, noting changes in physician orders.
• Assist physicians during examinations and minor diagnostic procedures.
• Monitor physiological data, observe patient conditions, and intervene when necessary.
• Administer prescribed medications, intravenous infusions, and blood products.
• Communicate care plans effectively with patients and their families, ensuring understanding of hospital procedures and discharge instructions.
• Make referrals to appropriate personnel based on patient care needs.
• Delegate tasks appropriately to support staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current RN License issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing or a current multistate compact RN License (eNLC).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association.
• At least one year of nursing experience.
• Strong knowledge of professional nursing theories, practices, and procedures.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with colleagues.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher from a Board-approved program.
• Demonstrated ability to respond effectively to the cultural and language needs of patients and visitors.

• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support, American Heart Association).
• RN License (Oklahoma State Board of Nursing or multistate compact).
• Basic Life Support (American Heart Association).

Education: Bachelors Degree

Certification: Basic Life Support , Pediatric Advanced Life Support
