Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist with expertise in musculoskeletal and orthopedic rehabilitation to join our outpatient team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients to restore function and mobility, focusing on musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions. This position requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services to outpatient clients, focusing on musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions.
- Perform patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor patient progress.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, exercise techniques, and injury prevention.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting evaluations, progress, and treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and effective rehabilitation outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
- Must have prior musculoskeletal/orthopedic Physical Therapy experience.
- Valid and unrestricted state Physical Therapist license.
- Ability to work independently and manage a full caseload effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings is highly preferred.
Work Schedule:
- 40 hours per week, 5 days a week with the following schedule:
- Monday & Wednesday: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Tuesday & Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
