- Provide care for patients with common diagnoses such as DKA, ESRD, respiratory failure, COVID, flu, drug/alcohol withdrawal, placement issues, wounds, PNA, fluid overload, etc.
- Follow all guidelines regarding overtime and incidental overtime as specified by the client.
- Engage with Charge RN, Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM), or Nurse Manager (NM) for assistance as needed.
- Ensure timely handoff of information during shift changes.
- Manage your day to ensure you take your meal break at the assigned time.
Required Qualifications:
- Relevant nursing qualifications and experience in handling the specified common diagnoses and treatments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Cerner charting system.
- Experience in managing special procedures such as bedside hemodialysis, chest tube management/placement, wound vacs, NG tube placement.
Certifications:
- Relevant nursing certifications as required by the role.
