We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional patient care in both pre- and post-surgery settings. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in consultation with healthcare professionals.
Provide direct, individualized bedside nursing care to patients pre- and post-surgery.
Evaluate medical information and respond to patients’ needs with effective nursing interventions.
Prepare, administer, and document prescribed medications accurately.
Perform wound care, including changing dressings, inserting catheters, and starting intravenous (IV) lines.
Monitor patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team promptly.
Job Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
License/Certification:
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing patient care effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient and team interactions.
Proficiency in following clinical protocols and administering care.
