Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional patient care in both pre- and post-surgery settings. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in consultation with healthcare professionals.
- Provide direct, individualized bedside nursing care to patients pre- and post-surgery.
- Evaluate medical information and respond to patients’ needs with effective nursing interventions.
- Prepare, administer, and document prescribed medications accurately.
- Perform wound care, including changing dressings, inserting catheters, and starting intravenous (IV) lines.
- Monitor patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team promptly.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
License/Certification:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing patient care effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient and team interactions.
- Proficiency in following clinical protocols and administering care.
