• Telephone Triage:
• Assess patient concerns over the phone, provide clinical advice, and determine the urgency of care needed based on symptoms and medical history.
• Primary Care Support:
• Assist in managing patient care by supporting primary care providers with clinical inquiries, follow-ups, and patient education.
• Appointment Scheduling:
• Help schedule appointments when needed, ensuring timely access to care and efficient workflow within the practice.
• In-Basket Call Assistance:
• Manage and respond to in-basket messages from patients, providing prompt and accurate information or escalating issues as necessary.
• Vaccine Administration:
• Administer vaccines as per protocol, ensuring proper documentation and patient education regarding vaccine safety and efficacy.
• Clinical Documentation:
• Accurately document patient interactions, clinical findings, and care plans in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and high-quality patient care.

• Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN).
• Licensure: Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in State.

• Strong clinical assessment skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience: Prior experience in telephone triage, primary care, or outpatient settings.
• EPIC Experience: Proficiency with the EPIC electronic health record system is highly preferred.

1. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
