· Triage
· Obtain patient medical history
· Completes and documents a medication assessment
· Immunizations
· Medication injections- must have a minimum of one year’s experience
· Outpatient tests
· Referrals to Physician for tests, procedures
· Documentation on Epic
· One year of recent experience in Ambulatory care
· Flu vaccine
· Covid vaccine
