Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (ICU) to provide exceptional patient care in a critical care environment. 
This role requires strong clinical expertise, adaptability, and commitment to delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver patient-centered care in the Intensive Care Unit with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:2–3.
  • Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage critical conditions according to established protocols.
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and treatment.
  • Float to other units, including the Emergency Department for inpatient holds, as needed.
  • Participate in orientation and ongoing training to maintain clinical competency.

Work Schedule & Expectations
  • Holidays are required; assignments will be based on areas of greatest need (including holiday eves and following days).
  • Commitment to 3 full weekends in a 6-week schedule.
  • Schedule requests will be considered but cannot be guaranteed; staff may need to swap shifts with assistance from unit leadership.
  • Strict attendance policy: more than 3 absences may result in termination.

Required Qualifications
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Proven experience in ICU or critical care nursing.
  • Strong clinical judgment and ability to respond effectively in high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to adapt to floating assignments across units.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced certifications in critical care nursing (e.g., CCRN).
  • Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Certifications
  • Active RN license (mandatory).
  • Additional critical care certifications (preferred).

Education: Certification
