Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at Suite 107 (Map I), where we operate a Siemens Avanto MRI unit.
This role involves working collaboratively with a technologist during the evening shift, with clerical support also provided.
The position will support the expansion of MRI appointments into the evening hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the Siemens Avanto MRI unit efficiently and safely.
- Perform high-quality MRI scans as per the patient's needs.
- Ensure proper patient positioning and comfort during the MRI procedure.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating MRI equipment.
- Collaborate with other technologists and support staff to ensure smooth workflow.
- Assist in expanding MRI appointments into the evening hours.
- Provide excellent patient care and address any concerns during procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
Required Qualifications:
- Certification in MRI through ARRT (CERT-ARRT-MRI).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in MRI technology.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Siemens Avanto MRI system.
- Previous experience working evening shifts or in a similar environment is a plus.
Certifications:
- ARRT Certification in MRI (CERT-ARRT-MRI).
- BLS Certification through AHA.
