Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Emergency Pediatrics Unit.
The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring patient safety and adherence to clinical standards.
Trauma Level 1 experience is preferred, but candidates with Trauma Level 2 or 3 experience will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide emergency care for pediatric patients in a high-acuity setting.
- Respond promptly to critical situations and perform life-saving interventions.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with hospital protocols and regulatory standards.
- Deliver compassionate care while managing multiple priorities in a trauma environment.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Experience in Emergency Pediatrics.
- Trauma Level 1 experience preferred; Trauma Level 2 or 3 considered.
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Certifications
- Current BLS and PALS certifications (required).
- ACLS certification (preferred).
Education: Associate's Degree
Certification: ACLS , BLS
