1. Provide direct nursing care to telemetry patients, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
2. Continuously monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, identifying and responding to arrhythmias or changes in condition.
3. Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
4. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and update patient care plans.
5. Educate patients and families regarding their condition, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
6. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the medical record.
7. Ensure adherence to all safety, infection control, and patient care protocols.
8. 
   

1. Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
2. Minimum of 1 year of recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience in a telemetry or acute care setting.
3. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where care is provided.
4. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
5. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
6. Completion of a Basic Arrhythmia course.
7. 
   

1. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field.
