1. Evaluate patients’ physical and functional abilities through clinical observations and standardized assessments
2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on rehabilitation, particularly hand and upper extremity therapy
3. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
4. Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and techniques
5. Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with industry standardsex

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
2. Active and unrestricted Occupational Therapy license (state-specific, as applicable)
3. Strong experience in hand therapy and upper extremity rehabilitation

1. Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) designation strongly preferred
2. Experience working in outpatient rehab or orthopedic settings
3.
