1. Collaborate with teams in the analysis, design, development, and delivery of technical integration solutions.
2. Work closely with project teams on customer-specific initiatives involving message movement, translation, or integration development.
3. Troubleshoot technical issues related to message transformations and flows.
4. Analyze customer messaging specifications and provide gap analysis documentation.
5. Ensure compliance with healthcare messaging standards and organizational requirements.
6. Provide feedback to business stakeholders in non-technical terms after completing technical gap analysis.

1. Bachelor’s degree (proof of education required).
2. EPIC Bridges certification with online verification required.
3. Minimum of 5 years of IT experience in technical analysis, design, and integration implementation.
4. At least 2 years of experience integrating messaging between healthcare systems (EMRs, applications, third parties).
5. Experience in data conversions across multiple EMRs to EPIC.
6. Minimum of 2 years working with relational databases, Transact-SQL, and SQL.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel, Word, and Visio.

1. Prior experience in healthcare IT integration projects.
2. Familiarity with HL7 messaging standards and healthcare interoperability frameworks.
3. Experience working in cross-functional project teams.
4. 
   

1. EPIC Bridges certification (required).
2. Additional healthcare IT or database certifications are a plus.
