Job Summary
The Senior Patient Financial Representative  provides support to the Revenue Cycle division of Client by ensuring timely and efficient account resolution and reconciliation of outstanding balances for patient accounts. This role contributes to the organization’s mission by delivering value to internal and external customers while adhering to Cleint's core values of Dignity, Integrity, Compassion, Excellence, and Stewardship.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform revenue cycle functions to meet or exceed Client key performance metrics.
  2. Ensure accurate account resolution and reconciliation of outstanding patient balances.
  3. Support inpatient and outpatient billing requirements, including UB-04 and HCFA 1500 billing forms.
  4. Collaborate with team members in a cooperative environment to achieve departmental goals.
  5. Provide superior customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Uphold ethical and professional standards in all responsibilities.
  7. Meet expectations of One Client Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders.

Required Qualifications
  1. High school diploma or equivalent years of experience required.
  2. 3–5 years of experience working within a multi-facility hospital business office environment.
  3. Previous insurance company claims experience and/or hospital experience.
  4. Knowledge of inpatient and outpatient billing requirements (UB-04 and HCFA 1500 forms).

Preferred Qualifications (if any)
  1. Experience working in a healthcare system office environment.
  2. Familiarity with revenue cycle processes and hospital billing systems.

Certifications (if any)
  1. No specific certifications required; professional billing or revenue cycle certifications are a plus.
