1. Collect, prepare, and analyze biological specimens such as blood, urine, and tissue samples
2. Perform routine laboratory tests in hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and immunology
3. Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy
4. Record and analyze test results, reporting findings to physicians and healthcare providers
5. Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols and infection control standards
6. Maintain detailed documentation of laboratory procedures and patient data
7. Assist in quality control and proficiency testing programs
8. Collaborate with medical staff to support patient care and treatment plans
9. 
   

1. Associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field
2. Strong knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and equipment
3. Ability to interpret and analyze test results accurately
4. Excellent organizational and communication skills
5. 
   

1. Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
2. 1–2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting
3. Familiarity with laboratory information systems (LIS)

1. Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (ASCP or equivalent) preferred
