The Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
This role focuses on providing individualized care to pre-and post-surgery patients while collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in consultation with healthcare professionals.
Provide direct and individualized bedside nursing care to pre-and post-surgery patients.
Prepare, administer, and record prescribed medications.
Perform procedures such as changing dressings, inserting catheters, and starting IVs.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a medical-surgical setting.
Valid RN License.
Certification in BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support).
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with advanced patient monitoring systems or equipment.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
