We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. The CNA will provide essential support to patients by assisting with daily living activities, monitoring health status, and ensuring comfort and safety under the supervision of licensed nurses and medical staff.
Key Responsibilities
Assist patients with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
Measure and record vital signs including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
Support patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper techniques
Maintain a clean and safe environment by changing linens, sanitizing equipment, and organizing patient areas
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and families
Report changes in patient condition promptly to nursing staff
Assist with medical procedures and treatments as directed by licensed nurses
Document patient care activities accurately in compliance with healthcare standards
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Completion of a state-approved CNA training program
Current CNA certification in the state of practice
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented
Preferred Qualifications (if any)
Prior experience in hospital, long-term care, or assisted living facilities
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
Bilingual skills for diverse patient populations
Certifications (if any)
Current CNA certification (required)
CPR/Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification preferred
