3. Monitor patient progress and report updates to the physical therapist
4. Educate patients and families on proper techniques for exercises and mobility
5. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress
6. Ensure compliance with safety standards and clinical protocols

1. Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
2. Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team environment
5. 
   

1. Experience in outpatient, inpatient, or rehabilitation settings
2. Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
3. 
   

1. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
