Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with diverse medical conditions, ensuring safety, comfort, and quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered nursing care in the medical-surgical unit
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and progress
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management, procedures, and discharge instructions
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Support patients through recovery and rehabilitation processes
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of practice
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a medical-surgical setting
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred Qualifications (if any)
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
- Experience in acute care or specialized medical-surgical units
