1. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
2. Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple patients.
5. Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

1. Prior experience in community-based or local healthcare facilities.
2. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
3. Training in specialized areas such as critical care, pediatrics, or geriatrics.

1. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
2. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
3. Additional specialty certifications may be required depending on facility needs.
