The Mail Processor II will support the Client corporate mailroom by performing digital printing on large production-class printers, folding and inserting documents into envelopes using high-volume inserter machines, and completing other mailroom functions in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strict adherence to sensitive time schedules and involves handling confidential healthcare information. The position also requires the ability to lift boxes weighing up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods during shifts in a 24/7/365 operation.
Key Responsibilities
Multitask effectively in a high-pressure environment
Adhere to strict turnaround times and deadlines
Operate large production printers, including clearing jams and maintaining stock levels
Work with high-volume inserter machines and manage mechanical functions as needed
Perform digital printing, inserting, postage stamping, and verification of print jobs based on documentation
Use Microsoft Office programs efficiently for daily tasks
Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive workplace
Adapt to changes in workflow and operational requirements
Required Qualifications
Prior experience operating large digital copiers, inserters, or mailing machines
Experience handling mail in a corporate or production environment
Strong customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
