Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care, supports medical staff, and ensures the highest standards of clinical practice. This role involves assessing patient needs, developing care plans, administering treatments, and educating patients and families about health management.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to patients.
  2. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
  3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  4. Monitor patient progress and document clinical observations accurately.
  5. Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and support staff to ensure coordinated care.
  6. Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
  7. Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
  8. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education programs.

Required Qualifications
  1. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
  2. Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
  3. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Preferred Qualifications (if any)
  1. Prior experience in acute care, medical-surgical, or specialty units.
  2. Advanced training in patient education or care coordination.
  3. amiliarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Certifications (if any)
  1. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  2. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (preferred).
  3. Specialty certifications (e.g., CCRN, CNOR) are an advantage.

Education: Associate's Degree
