JOB SUMMARY
The MRI Technologist is responsible for performing general MRI imaging in a Level I Trauma setting. The role requires proficiency in operating MRI equipment and ensuring high-quality diagnostic imaging while maintaining patient safety and comfort.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general MRI imaging procedures in a Level I Trauma environment.
- Operate MRI equipment and ensure optimal image quality.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare professionals to ensure accurate imaging.
- Maintain patient records and documentation in compliance with hospital standards.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 12 months (1 year) experience in MRI imaging.
Preferred Qualifications
ARRT MRI Registered.
Certifications
- ARRT Certification.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
Education: Bachelors Degree
Certification: Basic Life Support
