2. Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, medication management, and coping strategies.
3. Conduct regular check-ins and monitor clients' progress and mental health status.

1. Implement individualized care plans developed by mental health professionals.
2. Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions as directed.
3. Engage clients in therapeutic activities designed to improve their mental health and social skills.

1. Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of clients' mental health needs.
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans.
3. Report any changes in clients' conditions to the appropriate healthcare providers.

1. Respond to mental health crises and provide immediate support and intervention.
2. Develop and implement crisis management plans in collaboration with mental health professionals
3. Ensure clients' safety and de-escalate potentially harmful situations.

1. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare providers.
2. Advocate for clients' needs and rights within the healthcare system and the community.
3. Facilitate access to additional resources and support services for clients and their families.
