1. Provide direct nursing care to patients in labor and delivery, including high-acuity cases.
2. Monitor maternal and fetal well-being using advanced fetal monitoring techniques.
3. Assist with labor management, delivery, and postpartum care.
4. Collaborate closely with physicians, midwives, and interdisciplinary care teams.
5. Document all care and patient interactions accurately in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system (Epic).
6. Adhere to hospital policies and maintain compliance with safety standards.

1. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Client or Compact state.
2. Minimum 2+ years of Labor and Delivery experience, preferably in high-acuity settings.
3. BLS, ACLS, NRP, STABLE, AWHONN fetal heart monitoring required.
4. EMR: Epic experience required.
5. Requires OB experience with OR CIRCULATOR experience.
6. Floating possible to MS, ICU or ER as helping hands or sitter with occasional stable adult overflow patients on the floor.
7. 5+ years L&D experience preferred
   
8. Travel RN experience required.

1. BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required
2. ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) – Required
3. NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) – Required
4. AWHONN Intermediate or Advanced Fetal Monitoring – Required; Advanced/EFM required.

Certification: Basic Life Support , Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
