JOB SUMMARY

The Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care to patients, contributing to a positive patient experience and optimal outcomes. This role requires adherence to established nursing standards and practices within the scope of the RN license.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families regarding their care and treatment plans.

Required Qualifications

• 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided).
• Basic Life Support.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in nursing or related field.
• Three (3) to five (5) years of operating room circulating and scrubbing experience.
• Current or future bachelors degree in nursing or related field.
• Pre-op area skills.
• IV start skills.

Certifications

• CNOR
• ACLS
