Job Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to support clinical operations in a day-shift setting. This role involves providing patient care, supporting clinical workflows, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards. The ideal candidate will have prior clinic experience and demonstrate strong clinical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a clinical setting
- Support physicians and healthcare teams with patient assessments and treatments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the EMR system
- Follow clinical protocols and healthcare regulations
- Ensure patient safety and quality of care standards are met
- Collaborate with care teams to support efficient clinic operations
Required Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts LPN/LVN license at the time of submission
- Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience in a relevant specialty
- At least 1 year of clinic experience
- Current AHA BLS certification
- Valid driver’s license with matching address documentation
- Ability to provide 2 recent manager/supervisor references in the same specialty
- Skills checklist relevant to specialty
- Up-to-date resume reflecting required experience
- Willingness to receive flu vaccination during the applicable season
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with EPIC EMR system
Education: Associate's Degree
