1. Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws on patients aged 0–100.
2. Ensure proper labeling, handling, and transport of specimens.
3. Maintain a safe and sterile environment during procedures.
4. Provide compassionate care.
5. Adhere to clinical protocols and patient confidentiality standards.
6. 
   

1. Minimum of 2 years of phlebotomy experience.
2. Demonstrated ability to work with pediatric patients.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

5. Infants through Geriatrics. Epic a plus. 

1. Previous experience in hospital or clinical laboratory settings.
2. Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

1. Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) or equivalent credential preferred

Education: Bachelors Degree

Certification: Certified Phlebotomy Technician
