1. Perform venipuncture and specimen collection in an inpatient environment.
2. Ensure proper patient identification and accurate specimen labeling.
3. Maintain detailed documentation of patient interactions and specimen details.
4. Adhere to safety and infection control procedures at all times.
5. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure timely and accurate lab results.

1. Minimum of 2 years of phlebotomy experience.
2. At least 1 year of inpatient phlebotomy experience.
3. Documented travel experience in phlebotomy.
4. Active New Hampshire or Compact RN license at time of submission.
5. Valid driver’s license with address matching demographic information.
6. Resume with detailed experience history.
7. Two recent professional references (Charge/Manager RN from specialty area).
8. Completed skills checklist matching phlebotomy specialty.
9. EMR experience preferred.

1. Prior experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).

1. Current and active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
