JOB SUMMARY
Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit during the day shift. This role involves monitoring patients, administering medications, assisting with deliveries, and providing education to patients and families.

Key Responsibilities
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Monitor vital signs and patient condition throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist physicians during labor and delivery procedures.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Schedule / Shift
• Day Shift

Required Qualifications
• Current RN License in the State of Illinois.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.

Experience
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery nursing.

Unit / Specialty
• Labor and Delivery

Education: Bachelors Degree
