1. Provide basic nursing care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily living activities.
2. Support physicians and registered nurses in patient assessments and treatment plans.
3. Document patient information accurately in medical records.
4. Educate patients and families on health management, medications, and preventive care.
5. Assist with diagnostic tests, specimen collection, and routine procedures.
6. Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and healthcare regulations.
7. Respond to patient needs promptly and professionally.

1. Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program.
2. Current LPN license in good standing.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
5. Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
6. 
   

1. Prior experience in hospital, clinic, or long-term care settings.
2. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
3. Experience in specialized areas such as pediatrics, geriatrics, or surgical care.

1. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
2. Additional certifications (e.g., IV therapy, wound care) preferred.
