We are seeking a dedicated Labor & Delivery (LD) Nurse to provide compassionate and skilled care to patients during childbirth. This is a critical need position requiring recent experience in labor and delivery, with responsibilities focused on patient safety, clinical excellence, and support for mothers and newborns.
Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care during labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery.
Monitor maternal and fetal health, including vital signs and fetal heart monitoring.
Administer medications and assist with pain management techniques.
Support physicians and midwives during deliveries and surgical procedures.
Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and newborn care.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Document patient care accurately in medical records.
Required Qualifications
1 year of recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience in Labor & Delivery.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field.
5+ years of recent Labor & Delivery experience (within the last 2 years).
1 year of high-risk labor and delivery experience (within the last 2 years).
