JOB SUMMARY
Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to assist patients in developing, recovering, improving, and maintaining the skills needed for daily living and working.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist.
- Instruct patients and families in home exercise programs and adaptive techniques.
- Document patient progress and services provided.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain equipment and therapy environment.

Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Eligibility for certification examination.

Experience
- 1 year of experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant is preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong documentation and organizational abilities.

Certifications
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification is required.
