JOB SUMMARY
Provide diagnostic ultrasound imaging services to patients, specializing in general and OB/GYN procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of diagnostic ultrasound examinations as ordered by physicians.
- Utilize ultrasound equipment to capture high-quality images for diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Document patient care activities and findings accurately in the EMR system.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and patient care standards.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Report for duty during designated catastrophic events or disasters as part of a Storm/Hurricane Team.
- May be reassigned to different units based on operational needs during emergencies or contract consolidation.

Schedule / Shift
- 40 Hours per week
- Monday - Friday, 7:45 AM - 4:30 PM
- 45-minute meal break included

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist.
- First-time travelers are accepted.
- ARDMS certification.
- BLS certification.
- Experience with GE ultrasound equipment.
- Proficiency in the following Ultrasound Skills:
- General: Abdominal Aorta, Appendix, Breast, Gallbladder, Liver, Pancreas, Pediatric Abdomen/Pelvis & Spleen
- OB/GYN: 1st, 2nd & 3rd Trimester, Amniotic fluid index, Fetal Anatomical Survey & Placenta Previa
- Neonatal: Bone lengths, Cerebellum, Ventricles, Head & Heart
- Renal/Pelvis: Bladder, Hernia, Ovaries, Prostate, Renal/Bladder, Uterus & Vaginal
- Small Parts: Breast Cyst Aspiration, Breast Ultrasound, Superficial Masses, Testicles/Scrotum & Thyroid
- Experience in High Risk OB & Outpatient settings.

Preferred Qualifications
- ARDMS OB/GYN certification.
- Experience with Nuchal Translucency Screen.
- ARDMS FE certification.
- NT certification.

- 2 years of Ultrasound Technologist experience.
- Travel experience is not required; first-time travelers are welcome.
