JOB SUMMARY
Seeking a CT Tech for an acute care hospital assignment. This role involves reduced non-billable orientation (NBO) with 0 hours compared to the standard 40 hours.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging examinations using computed tomography (CT) technology.
- Operate CT scanners and associated equipment to produce medical images.
- Position patients correctly for imaging procedures.
- Administer contrast media as required.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Schedule / Shift
- Rotating weekend requirements.
- Open to accommodating block schedules at manager discretion.

Required Qualifications
- Must possess a Venipuncture Certification.
- Must have 1 year of CT Tech experience.
- First-time travelers are accepted.
- Locals are accepted.
- RTO restrictions apply; RTO must be included at the time of submission.

Certifications
- ARRT R
- BLS
- Venipuncture Cert

Experience
- 1 year of CT Tech experience required.

Skills
- Proficient in CT imaging procedures.
- Ability to operate CT scanning equipment.
- Strong patient care and communication skills.

EMR / Systems
- Epic

Patient Population
- Adult acute care patients.

Unit / Specialty
- Imaging Department

Floating / On-Call
- Will float between like units as needed.
- Guaranteed Hours: Facility reserves the right to call off once per two-week pay period.
