1. Prepare the operating room by arranging surgical instruments, sterile drapes, and necessary equipment
2. Ensure all surgical instruments and supplies are properly sterilized and in working condition
3. Verify patient identity, surgical procedure, and site with the surgical team
4. Assist surgical staff in donning sterile gowns and gloves
5. Safely position patients on the operating table and apply sterile drapes
6. 
   

1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program
3. Knowledge of aseptic techniques and surgical procedures
4. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in high-pressure environments
5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
6. 2 years of recent experience required.
7. BLS & CST required.
8. Must have vascular adult experience and PEDS experience.
9. Experience in Ortho, ENT, and Neuro required. 

1. Prior experience in a hospital or surgical center setting
2. Familiarity with a variety of surgical specialties

1. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
