JOB SUMMARY
Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting, focusing on restoring function, improving mobility, and reducing pain.

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' physical condition, functional mobility, and pain levels.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings.
- Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to achieve patient goals.
- Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and strategies for ongoing management.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
- Supervise physical therapist assistants and aides as appropriate.

Schedule / Shift

Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Valid Ohio Physical Therapist license.

Experience
- Experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting preferred.

Skills
- Strong clinical assessment and manual therapy skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
