JOB SUMMARY
Seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with experience in a nursing home/rehabilitation center setting for a night shift position. This role involves direct patient care, medication administration, and supervision of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).

Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct patient care in a bedside/skilled nursing environment.
• Administer medications accurately and efficiently.
• Perform patient rounds to assess patient condition and needs.
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in their daily tasks.
• Assist with wound care as needed.
• Document patient care in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient management.

Schedule / Shift
• Nights: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Block scheduling may be possible.

Required Qualifications
• Valid Tennessee LPN License.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• At least 1 year of long-term care experience.
• Proficiency in medication administration and patient care.
• Experience in a nursing home or rehabilitation center setting.

Preferred Qualifications
• IV certification preferred.

Experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care.
• Experience with short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents.

Skills
• Medication pass.
• Patient care.

• Short Term Rehab and Long Term Care Residents.

Unit / Specialty
• Skilled Nursing / Rehabilitation Center / Nursing Home (primarily skilled nursing unit).

Floating / On-Call
• Floating possible to long-term care.
• No on-call requirements.
