JOB SUMMARY
Provides diagnostic imaging services to patients in a medical setting, utilizing CT technology.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform CT scans according to physician's orders and established protocols.
- Operate CT scanners and associated equipment safely and effectively.
- Prepare patients for CT examinations, including explanation of the procedure and answering questions.
- Position patients correctly to ensure optimal image quality.
- Administer contrast media as required, following safety guidelines.
- Ensure image quality meets diagnostic standards.
- Maintain patient records and documentation accurately.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Schedule / Shift
Mixed Nights, Weekends

Required Qualifications
- ARRT (CT) certification
- BLS certification

Experience
- GE CT scanner experience
- Must be able to provide Diagnostic X-ray

Skills
- Strong Diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive in task completion
- Aware of surroundings

EMR / Systems
- Meditech
- GE PACS

Patient Population
- All ages

Unit / Specialty
- CT Scan

Floating / On-Call
- Willingness to float within the radiology department may be required.
