JOB SUMMARY
Seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract assignment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients to improve their ability to perform daily living and working activities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
- Document patient progress and treatment interventions accurately and timely.

Schedule / Shift
- Guaranteed 36 hours per week.
- Contract duration: 13 weeks.

Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- State licensure as an Occupational Therapist.

Certifications
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Experience
- Previous experience as an Occupational Therapist is beneficial.
