JOB SUMMARY
The Physical Therapist - Outpatient will provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting. This role focuses on restoring function, preventing disability, and promoting overall wellness for individuals with a variety of conditions.

Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate patients' physical condition and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic interventions, including exercise, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and preventative measures.
• Document patient progress accurately and timely in accordance with regulatory and facility standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Maintain a safe and effective treatment environment.

• Open for existing worker.

Required Qualifications
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current state Physical Therapist license.

Experience
• Experience in an outpatient setting.

Unit / Specialty
• Outpatient

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
