JOB SUMMARY
Provide direct patient care, treatment, and education to patients on a medical-surgical unit.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess patient health status, including physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patients for changes in condition and report to physicians.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and preventative care.
- Collaborate with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.

Schedule / Shift
Flexibility required to cover various shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years of Registered Nurse experience in a medical-surgical setting.
