JOB SUMMARY
Seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) for a Medical-Surgical unit to provide direct patient care.

Key Responsibilities
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vital signs and condition, reporting any changes to the physician.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient care activities accurately and comprehensively in the medical record.
• Perform diagnostic tests and analyze results.
• Assist physicians with procedures.

Schedule / Shift
• Nights (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
• Weeknights

Required Qualifications
• Active RN license in Alabama or a multistate license.
• Minimum of 3 years of recent experience as a Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse.
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility.

Certifications
• BLS (Basic Life Support)

Experience
• 3+ years of recent Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse experience.

Skills
• Proficient in providing direct patient care on a Medical-Surgical unit.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• Proficient in maintaining accurate patient records.
