Job Title: Surgical Technologist - Critical Need

Key Responsibilities:
- Assists the surgical team in the operating room by preparing the operating room, gathering and arranging equipment and supplies, and handing instruments and supplies to the surgeon and surgical team.
- Follows sterile techniques throughout surgical procedures.
- Anticipates the needs of the surgeon and surgical team.
- Responsible for preparing and managing surgical supplies, specimens, and equipment.
- Maintains a sterile field throughout the surgical procedure.
- Assists with the positioning of patients.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program OR equivalent military training.
- Current Certification as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or Certification by the National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) as a National Certified Surgical Assistant (NCSA).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- One (1) year of experience as a Surgical Technologist.
- Experience in multiple surgical specialties.
