JOB SUMMARY
The Flu Clinic (LVN/LPN) - Critical Need is a vital role in supporting the organization's health initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Administering flu vaccinations.
Assisting with patient flow during clinic hours.
Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
Ensuring adherence to all safety and infection control protocols.
Monitoring patient responses to vaccinations and addressing any immediate concerns.
Replenishing medical supplies as needed.

Required Qualifications
Valid LVN/LPN license.
Current BLS certification.
Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LVN/LPN.
Proficiency in administering injections.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a clinic setting or with mass vaccination events.
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Experience with patient education regarding vaccinations.

Education: Bachelors Degree
