JOB SUMMARY
Occupational Therapist needed for a 13-week contract.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient occupational therapy programs.
- Develop treatment plans to improve patients' functional abilities.
- Adapt treatment techniques and approaches based on patient progress and needs.
- Educate patients and their families on therapy techniques and home exercise programs.
- Document patient care, progress, and outcomes accurately and timely.

Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.

Certifications
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Experience
- 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred, but will consider new graduates.

Skills
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

EMR / Systems
- Experience with electronic health record systems is a plus.

Patient Population
- Adults and/or Geriatrics, depending on facility needs.

Unit / Specialty
- General Occupational Therapy

Schedule / Shift
- 13-week contract. Specific shift details to be discussed.

Floating / On-Call
- May be required to float to other units or schedules as needed.

Education: Masters Degree
