JOB SUMMARY
Seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist for early intervention services supporting children aged birth to five.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to children birth to three years old.
- Provide occupational therapy services to children three to five years old.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized intervention plans.
- Assess and treat developmental delays and functional challenges.

Schedule / Shift
- Monday-Friday
- Candidate will only be paid for hours worked. No pay for school holidays/closings.

Required Qualifications
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in Oregon.
- Experience working with birth to three populations.
- Experience working with three to five populations.
- Prior experience in a school setting.

Experience
- Experience in early intervention programs.
- Experience supporting children with developmental delays.

Skills
- Occupational therapy assessment and treatment.
- Development of individualized intervention plans.
- Communication and collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams.
