JOB SUMMARY
Seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 13-week traveling contract. This role will primarily support our clinic in Parkers Prairie, MN, with one day of care provided at our Evansville, MN location (approximately 30 miles away).

Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient function, health, and well-being.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and necessary modifications.

Schedule / Shift
• 13-week contract.

Required Qualifications
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Minnesota.

Experience
• Previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.

Skills
• Proficient in patient assessment, treatment planning, and intervention.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Unit / Specialty
• Outpatient clinic setting.

Floating / On-Call
• Willingness to travel to Evansville, MN one day per week.

Education: Masters Degree
