JOB SUMMARY
Seeking a traveling Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 13-week contract. This role is dedicated to optimizing health and function for individuals within their communities through caring, hands-on rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients to improve their ability to perform tasks in their daily living and working environments.
- Develop and implement patient-specific treatment plans.
- Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation techniques and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records.

Schedule / Shift
- 13-week contract

Required Qualifications
- State licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Minnesota.

Experience
- Previous experience as an Occupational Therapist.

Unit / Specialty
- Clinic setting

Floating / On-Call
- Experience treating diverse patient populations is a plus.

Education: Masters Degree
